Owner/operator John Frazee knows electric. He is a troubleshooting specialist with over 30 years in the industry. Considered both Commercial and Industrial, John installed phase converter and hooked up their 3-phase printing presses at BV Printing. Installed phase converter and hooked up industrial mixer at Paoli's Restaurant. At Bear City Industrial Body shop phase converter and industrial 3 phase compressors were installed in December, 2012.
Borderline heavy commercial/industrial John has installed exhaust interlocks for commercial ventilation in multiple restaurants. In 1998 he was the electrician for 28 McDonald’s locations, in addition to his regular residential customers.
In 1995 John wired the 52 Bifold airplane hangars for the east end of the Big Bear Valley Airport, returning in 2000 to run an additional 50 "T" type hangers at the west end. (Borderline Commercial/Industrial)
In 2011 he completely rewired a 98 space RV resort in Kingsburg, CA (Fresno Area) from underground to clubhouse for proper electrical, grounding and connection posts. In 2012 John began working for a large industrial company out of Los Angeles, and in November 2012 rewired the power a major Beach Pier (the office, pier itself, gift shop and surrounding restaurants) which required (2) 400-amp services.

John’s industrial experience began at age 18 working for Manor Electric at an aircraft manufacturer, working for Martin Marietta and then Hughes Aircraft installing industrial heavy machinery and drill presses. Working for the same company he was assigned to Marley Tile in Redlands, hooking up kilns as well as more kilns at Batch plants in Nevada. His next employer was “Ad-Art" (providing electricity to many of the large commercial signs you see in the SoCal area, including Chevron, Union 76, Mobil and 7-11). He went on to handle multiple Batch plants for APEX cement plants in Nevada and Fontana. In 1989 he wired RK Industries, a fabrication factory in Ontario, CA for control valves. Last year he did wiring for three factories in Corona, Ontario and Chino.
John also did the industrial electrical for a motorcycle factory in Bear Valley. John installed phase converter and hooked up their 3-phase printing presses at BV Printing. Other industrial jobs include most recently mobile industrial equipment at an Asphalt plant in Buena Park. Borderline heavy commercial/industrial John has installed exhaust interlocks for commercial ventilation in multiple restaurants.
